5W2H is a combination of numbers and letters to help you build a practical action plan structured in well defined stages. These are the seven questions it represents. Five start with W and 2 with H.

▶️ Why will it be done? Detail the goals of your project
▶️ Where will it be done? Define where your project will happen and where it will take effect
▶️ When will it be done? Determine when the project will start, when it is supposed to end and the deadlines
▶️ Who will do ? Assign who will do each task on the project
▶️ How will it be done? Define what methods, tools, materials, software, skills are needed to complete each task
▶️ How much will it cost to make? Estimate the costs or expenses involved in each task of the project
